Blue light is the color most often used by marine organisms in their light organs. Blue light is also the wavelength that penetrates the deepest and longest into water. In shallower waters containing more particles and algae, green light is used more often, although this varies from season to season and location to location. We therefore recommend that you find out what works best on your favorite fishing grounds. In addition, experience shows that static light does not attract fish as effectively as dynamic light - that is why Esca® comes in fading and multi-flash. The effect of frequencies/colours can vary from season to season and from place to place. If the results are not optimal, try a different color or frequency.
